The Pac-12 Conference rejected the idea of expansion tonight, restoring a sense of order to college football after Texas A&M ignited a chaotic new round of conference realignment and speculation last month. Since then, the Aggies have notified the Big 12 Conference they were leaving for the SEC, while Pittsburgh and Syracuse announced this past weekend they were leaving the Big East Conference for the ACC.
